		<description>22:10 – missed my 20:00 goal badly!&lt;br/&gt;Sub 1.5 pood bell&lt;br/&gt;Swings – unbroken&lt;br/&gt;Wall-ball – broken on the set of 21only&lt;br/&gt;KTe’s – all broken except for the last 6…would have broken those if not for the straps.  ROM not needs to improve.  About a 3rd of the KTEs were KTtriceps</description>
