    Made up a “Mary” variant if anyone wants to work on their bodyweight exercises:

    1)50 Double unders
    2)once DU’s completed start the clock for 20 minutes AMRAP:
    a)Bar push-ups x 15
    b)One-leg squats x 8 (4 each leg)
    c)Pull-up x 12

    I got 8 full rounds plus 15 more push-ups. Pretty solid upper and lower body work-out. Going right from the DU’s has the heart rate going for the very first set!
