    RDL to a 245# for 3 then the CFE rowing intervals.

    I came in 2nd 8 of the 9 rounds, dammit!

    i came in 3rd 8 of 9 rounds. I DID COME IN FIRST DURING THE 2ND ROUND! yes that means DJ came in first for 8 of the 9 rounds.
