    Did a “Heavy Jackie” tonight:

    Weighted #20 pullups x 30
    Time: 11:05

    Somehow I let Herb talk me into the weighted pull-ups! Good workout but had to complete the last few pull-ups in sets of 2′s and 1′s just to finish!

    Hope to be back to TF on Sunday.
