7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls – 95 lbs (M), 65 lbs (F)
7 Box Jumps – 24 inches (M), 18 inches (F)

Somehow I let Herb talk me into the weighted pull-ups! Good workout but had to complete the last few pull-ups in sets of 2′s and 1′s just to finish!
