    Solid PRs for Sharon and Josh yesterday!

    I did DL to 325 then stupidly jumped to 350 and failed 3 attempts. Got it off the ground, but couldn’t even get it above my knees without sacrificing my form.

    post DL worked on back levers on the rings and held them for 1 – 2 seconds.
