ThenSN 165, 175 (F) off 185 PRC&J 225, 245 (F) 20 lbs probably too big of a jump at that point. off 255 PR
Snatch – 135lbs.
C & J – 165lbs.
Pretty weak. Too many reps on the snatch.
Snatch – 185lbs – PR/TFRC&J – 175lbs, failed at 185lbs – I agree with KF too many reps on the snatch.
Ditto on too many snatch reps…
Did up to 55lbswas exhausted by end of work-out.
