Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the 15 sets.

    Air Force WOD – 15:48! Burpees made this WOD much more diffucult. This was one of the hardest WODs I’ve ever done! On 3 separate times only did 8 Burpees over 2:00!

    Not a lot left after the Air Force WOD. Called it a day after OHS. Managed 225 lbs-couldn’t get PR attempt of 255 of my shoulders

    Got absolutely owned by the Air Force WOD. Glad just to be alive. Finished somewhere around 9 minutes. Hoping nothing like that shows up at our sectional next Sunday.
