Today we will complete 2 of the 4 WODs for the Midwest Sectional. As we will do them in 3 person heats, you will get full rest between each WOD.
WOD 1

7 Deadlifts – 225/155lbs
11 Burpees
We will not use a weight vest for this WOD

15 Overhead Squat – 95/65lbs
