Using 90% of your 1RM complete:
5 reps at 75%
3 reps at 85%
AMRAP at 95%

Those that are ahead of schedule, complete:

2 Cleans on the minute for 15 minutes (using 75% of your 1RM)

    For me, week 2 of the 5-3-1 on squats. I did 240×3, 255×3, 270×4 (tough).

    Jess did week 2 of both deadlift and press. Deadlift was115x5 (supposed to be 3), 125×3, 135×7. Then press for 40×3, 45×3, 50×5.

    Then Team Larson did the team workout in 19:07. Jess wants to point out that she did more total reps than me; however, I did more of the burpees. So there.
