  1. Did this in my parents basement, along with Front squat and deadlift

    Press, 95 x 5, 105×3, 115×3
    Front Squat, 135 x 5, 145 x 3, 155×3
    Deadlift, 185×5, 205×3, 255×3

  2. Sectional WOD #2 – 9 rounds + 9 deadlifts + 5 push-ups

    A little bit harder than expected. Push-ups were the limiting factor – had to break them up after the first 3 rounds. On the whole it was a more nauseating workout than you would think.

    Nice work by Nail as well.

  3. 8 rounds even. Felt pretty good about the score. Tip of the hat to Herb for willing me through the 8th round.

  4. Don’t usually post. Did this WOD at CrossFit Milwaukee on Friday.
    9 rounds + 3 deadlifts.

    Games standard push-ups slowed me down. The deadlifts were unbroken, but rest before them was a factor. As someone at CFM said, “you were like a rabbit on those box jumps.” Felt okay overall. I was shooting for 10 rounds.
