    10 HSPU (subbed raised push ups on 24″ box)
    20 Swings (44#)
    30 Walking lunges with 25# plate overhead (15 each leg)

  2. Trying some different stuff in preparation for Great Lakes Invitational next weekend.

    AMRAP 15 of 3 wall climbs, 5 squat cleans (115), 7 toes-to-bar

    7 rounds + 2 wall climbs

    Wall climbs are awful. Felt like I pushed pretty hard but looking at the total work accomplished in 15 minutes, I’m a bit disappointed. This was a killer on the shoulders and forearms.
