    Run 1000M
    3 Rounds of:
    10 Clean and Jerk (85#)
    10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
    10 Burpees
    Then, Row 1000M

    34:33 or something around there. Took me way longer than it should’ve but I’ll attribute that to Kelly (Monday), Lynne (Tuesday) and The Bear (Thursday). I set myself up for a nice PR the next time I try this WOD.
