Barbara…If I have said it once, I have said it 1000 times.  I HATE BABS!

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest three (3) minutes between each round.
Post time for each round (not including the 3:00 of rest)
