Lowering the weight behind your head is HARD on the shoulders.  Drop the weight, clean and then re-rack please.

    We will still be here, J-King! Behind the neck jerk – worked up through 185 lbs. Failed at 195 several times. Haven’t done this movement in a long time. Needs work!
