    Jumping Pull-ups – 8
    Sit-ups – 10
    Push-up – 8

    TOTAL – 45

    I did this workout yesterday and pretty much my entire body hurts today!

    total – 30. yes you read that correctly – 30! the 5 on sit-ups was out done by the 3 on pull-ups
