    Several great efforts noted above. This workout has a lot of difficult, high rep bodyweight exercises so those are especially impressive jobs by the bigger guys for this one.

    Finally completed this today pretty much as Rx: (my box height is only 21" so did 57 instead of 50 box jumps).

    Time 28:11.

    Absolutely, completely spent by the end.

    Had some subs due to no jumping edict from Dr. did a filthy 30,
    30 step ups (per leg)
    30 jump pull ups- light on the leg use (broke twice)
    30 35# kb's (broke twice)
    30 lunge (per leg)
    30 KTE (broke 2x)
    30 PP- 20# DB's (hate db's- broke 2x)
    30 ext (broke 3x)
    30 wb's- 14# (broke 2x)
    25 burps w/ clap no jump (broke TNC!!) + 5 mens pu's
    300 m row sub for DU's
    22:22.
    Have much more appreciation for anyone who finishes this as Rx'd. Qualifies as studly in my book.
