Remember Squatober and Pressember?  Well in our efforts to continually improve, it is time to target yet another lift.  As Spring is here, we’ll call this Spring Cleaning (I have too much time on my hands).  For the next 30 days, we will work on cleans 3 times per week.

“Mini” MetCon

1:00 – 45 Lbs Thrusters
2:00 Rest
1:00 – Row (for Cals)
2:00 Rest

    After doing the “Spring Cleaning,” I did 122 reps in the mini-metcon

    95 x1 x2, 115 x1 x2, 135 x1 x2, 155, 175, 195. felt good, caught each low FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!
    Will do the “Mini” tomorrow. Wish me luck
