Front squat up to 250, a new PR for 3-rep-max. Still need to work on maintaining lumbar curve at bottom.
195 for the 3RM.
Actually did “Nate” on Monday. I know it’s late but wanted to post this one because I was pretty psyched about it. As Rx’d, 13 rounds + 1 muscle-up.
