Today – 25:08…took 6:00 off last time

First did the squat clean ladder workout from one of the regionals. Made it up to 245 for a PR.
Then did the Anti-Herb – finished in 16:15. Pull-ups and box jumps took the majority of the time.
As rx’ed in 15:57
315 x10. Will try 335 in a month
Nice times by all for the anti-Herb, I will try later this week.
I did the squat workout:
Back Squat – worked up to 225 x 10. Will try to go up 10# next time.
As RX’ed in around 19 minutes
10 rep back squat max – 165
10 reps is a lot!
Completed the BS WOD today. 10RM of 210lbs.
