    Starting at week 1 of the strength program since I only could do Press last week. I did deadlift today – 230×5, 245×5, 265×14

    Then did 10 rounds of Cindy, but with chest-to-bar pull-ups. Very humbling – finished in 9:40 after doing the first four rounds in 3:00.

    Out of town this week and no access to weights. Lots of pushups, situps, squats, and running only. Will start week 2 next week.
