    Then worked up to 120# (5# PR)

    Pastor Seth’s MetCon was tough!

  2. worked up to 205. got 3 reps on the 1st and 3rd set, but only 2 reps on the 2nd set…i suck. no MetCon for me. started too late and of course i’m too lazy
