  1. Just did 2 rounds- Beast Mode Tuesday approaching-

    Completed round #2 at 9:58 (first round took 2:45)

  2. Did 50 long-cycle burpees for time… 1 squat, 1 push up, 1 sit up, 1 superman, 1 tuck-up = 1 long-cycle burpee. Took me 12:55, so 4+ min PR! woop woop.
