  1. Went with overhead squat instead of front squat since it’s more of a weakness right now.

    120×5, 130×5, 140×13 (working off a 205 max, but probably should go heavier next time)

    Then 50 burpees in 2:37.

    Didn’t have much energy today. Back at it harder on Tuesday.

    Haven’t AMRAP’d on front squat in a long time- felt good.
