    Run 400M
    21 Box Jumps (18″)
    10 Overhead Squats (55#)

    16:48… clearly need to work on the OHS. Struggled at the beginning but got better with them near the end.

  2. Deadlift –
    5 x 225
    5 x 235
    8 x 255

    Then, 100 Burpee-Pull-ups (G.I. Janes) for time

  3. Deadlift:
    5x 240#
    5x 260#
    6x 280#

    Then did the rowing. I’m guessing I averaged around 1:55/500M.
