    15 hspu (did 24″ elevated)
    20 pull ups
    25 box jumps (24″)
    30 DL (135#)
    35 burpees

    This was hard!!

  3. Trying to rest a sore elbow for the next week or so, so hit some much-needed strength work.

    Back squats 5×5 – 255, 265, 270, 275, 280 (dicey, but I got it)

    Felt good. First heavy back squats in a while.

  4. Made up the workout from last Tuesday 111213

    Press 4 x 5 x 100lbs

    Then, 2500m row / 50 air squats
