  1. Worked up to a heavy back squat. Got up to 140# pretty easily (matched my PR), failed on 150# and then failed on 145#. Guess i need to work on these more often.

    Then did a short met-con of 5 rounds of:
    9 Games-Style Push-Ups
    7 Burpee Box Jumps (20″)
    5 Back Squats (95#)

  2. Press/Push Press – Worked up to 125lbs on the strict press, failed at 130. (Tied my PR) then continued up to 155 on the push press. Could’ve gone higher, but wanted to do a shoulder intensive met-con, so I called it a day.

    Then,
    15 minute AMRAP:
    3 Wall Climbs
    5 Squat cleans at 115
    7 Toes to bar

    6 rounds even

  3. Back squat work today.

    245, 265, 280, 290, 300

    Pretty happy to get all 3 at 300. Probably the heaviest 3-rep set I’ve done since college.

  4. games workout: 20min AMRAP of 5×100# cleans, 10 TTB, 15×14#WB
    5 rds + 1 clean… the TTB was terrible for me, switched to KTE after 3 rds
