  1. Did a bunch of speed intervals on the treadmill. After a short rest, I did a short metcon of 10 min AMRAP of 10 Thrusters (20 lb dumbbells) and 25 sit ups. Got 5 rds plus 3 Thrusters.

    15 min AMRAP of 5 front squats (95#), 10 pullups, 15 box jumps
    only got 5rds + 5+10+6
    need to work on taking shorter rests!

  3. 15-minute AMRAP with Jess Sloan and Seth (Seth and I used 135-lbs. and C2B pull-ups)

    8 rounds + 5 + 3

    Felt good about this one. 83 C2B pull-ups in 15 minutes is solid for me. Kept moving throughout.
