  1. I did it rowing (1000, 500, 250) and with games pushups instead of pullups, 17:06.

  2. Tried to hit a few movements that haven’t come up yet in the Open. This got ugly quickly.

    4 rounds of 10 squat cleans (135), 15 pull-ups (chest-to-bar), 20 swings (53), 25 double-unders

    Didn’t have much energy, and all those squat cleans didn’t help. Tough one.
