225 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
165 pound Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups

  1. “Pheezy” with 155# for deadlift and 65# for front squat and push press. Legs were quite sore still from 100 backsquats on Saturday.
