    Then worked on some double unders and did 25 burpees

  2. One hang clean and one power clean:

    85 lbs x 2
    90 lbs x 2
    95 lbs x 2
    100 lbs x 2

    Then, 4 sets of front squats:
    100 lbs x 4 reps

    Front squats were killer since my clean max is nearly the same as my front squat max.

  3. Planning to do this mini-metcon (not really that “mini” in my mind) on Wednesday. Today I made up “Pheezy” from last week.

    13:20 – Not too bad except toes-to-bar and push-ups (really tough after those push jerks).
