  2. Planning on doing this beast next Wednesday with Nail and Kirk. Wanted to try out the new 30-lb. wall ball today.

    First worked up to 10RM on press – 140.

    Then did 7 rounds of 10 wall-ball (30 lbs.), 10 pull-ups (chest-to-bar) – 9:41. Wall-balls weren’t as bad as expected, but then again, it was only 10 at a time. Pull-ups were the tough part.

  3. Worked out with Jess on Monday.. 17 something, rough start my first day back!
    Tried the regionals WOD on wednesday, used 95# for the first round, got through 48 front squats at 65#.
