Monday 120521

CrossFit for Hope will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal is to raise $1.7M – one day’s operating cost for St. Jude – to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Register to participate or find an athlete or affiliate to sponsor and join the fight.

Workout

“Hope”

Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

    10 rounds of:
    10 push-ups
    10 GHD sit ups

    Didn’t time it- did 50 GHD and 50 regular.

    This one was a combination of Murph training and swim suit season BG development.

  2. At home workout
    125 m run
    20 push ups
    125 m run
    20 kb swings (1 pood, all we got)

    Repeat going 15 and 15, 10 and 10, 5 and 5 on the push ups and kb swings
    16:00 total of 1,000 m and 50 push ups and kb swings.
    My running sucks, got to lose the fat.
