  1. Squat clean- 2 on the minute for 10 minutes at 165 lbs

    Then 4 rounds of 400m run 10 burpees 15 pushups – 12:48

  2. Texas Method-Volume Day:
    Front Squat 5×5 @ 195#
    Overhead Press 5×5 @ 110#
    Deadlift 1×5 @ 335#
