We are skipping Texas Squats today. We are instead, going to give “Sally” a try.

RX’d is 135 for men and 95 for women. My suggestion is to do no more than 65% of your BSquat 1RM. While only 30 reps, it is spread across 3+ minutes, so don’t go to heavy.

  1. I must say the video kind of sent a chill over me. But after doing it I have to agree Herb, it is a mental game. Now the push ups were a bit different. Wow
