Clean & Jerk Рheavy single (we are starting a new cycle.  We will Clean 3x-4x per week for the next 6 weeks).

take 80% of that single and compete 4 sets of 1 rep

Front Squat…you are should already be warm, so complete 3 x3 of the 80% that you just completed.

100-Sit-ups.
