    Then Kelly Light w/ 30″ box jumps

  2. Variation on Kelly Light since I did lots o’ wall-balls yesterday.

    3 rounds of 25 burpees, 25 box jumps (30″), row 500 meters (rest 90 seconds after each round)

    16:41 (excluding the rests). This was a toughie. The tall box jumps got tough following the 25 burpees.
