6 eggs
6 slices of ham (or deli meat of choice)

Grease up a muffin pan.  Carefully arrange deli slices into muffin pan.  I make two small cuts 180 degrees apart on the deli slices.  This allows each slice to fold over itself when inserting into muffin pan.  Crack one egg into each deli slice.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes.
