Berg Pot Roast

2-3 lbs sirloin tip roast
1 onion
Garlic powder/granulated
Seasoning salt to taste (go light)
Pepper to taste
1 – 2c red wine
Celery/carrots to taste – roughly chopped

Throw all that in the pot, make sure the roast is roughly 1/2 covered w/ liquid. If not, add some water. Slice the veggies and put them on the bottom. Cook for 8 hours on low. I usually serve mine w/ some crumbled  blue cheese and the au juis right on top.
