Berg Chicken Salad

2 10oz cans of chicken breast
or 2 grilled chicken breast
or 2 baked chicken breast @ 350 degrees for 1 hour

chopped onions (to taste)
chopped apple (2/3 1 apple)
celery (to taste)
2 TBSP cider vinger
handful almonds
handful dried cranberries
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream (full fat)
seasoning salt, pepper, salt and cayenne to taste

mix with a fork, make sure to shred chicken to a consistency you like and eat. I serve on bib lettuce. tons of proteins, fat and just a few CHO from the cranberries.
