1 pkg. Turkey Bacon

Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pan and heat to medium-low (4 of 10) for 10 minutes.  Add 2 – 3 slices of bacon at a time, turning often.  It might be necessary to add more EVOO while cooking, as the turkey bacon doesn’t generate any grease.  I cook a whole package and refrigerate.  This provides a weeks worth of snacks as well as a couple of slices at breakfast.

Note – I’ve experimented with the cheaper brands without success.  They tend to be sliced unevenly and extremely thin.  I recommend spending the extra $1.29 to buy a decent brand of bacon.
