    6:44 – swings un-broken

    saved a ton of time by using gloves as i did not need to break for chalk.

    CF Endurance workout:
    3x 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 rowing
    ave 1:58 for all 9 segments. started with damper on 10 and lowered it 1 for each of the 9 segments. covered 4545 meters
