The workout looks like 30 OHS, 30 Ring Push-ups, and 30 Pull-ups. Then 20 of each followed by 10 of each.*For OHS, depending on current strength level, use 45, 65 or 95 lbs

    Still finishing up Fran week for several members. Lauren, Kim, Sarah, Mary, Dashea, and Ashely all completed their first Fran tonight. Well done with this short but intense workout!

    Herb, Seth, and Glenda suffered through the burpee workout, followed shortly by Kathy, Hans, and Drew also gutting it out. Glenda, by the way, will have the home trophy on this one as she edged out Kelin by about 17 seconds (I’m sure she won’t rub it in too much…).

    Kurt, you missed your chance to see your idol Herb knock out 50 burpees in one workout!

    30 24″ box jumps
    20 x 115# push press
    30 pull-ups

    I finished 2 rounds + 30 BJ/20 PP/20 Pull-ups.

    Absolutely sucked. The jumps sucked all pop out of my hips before the push press.
