The DL/PU WOD looks like it will destroy some forearms.
As for the Cheerios article – there’s a difference between the FDA’s definition of “drug” and the general definition of a drug. A drug is really any substance that alters normal bodily function. Given that broad definition, I would argue that good is a drug – it triggers important hormonal responses that can have profound impacts on health and performance. That’s why nutrition is the base of the CF pyramid of fitness.
