Congrats to DJ! He set a new TF record of 10:08 for “Helen”! Awesome work considering the extra 30M or so he ran per round.

    Nice job. Over time I KNOW you can do even better than that. I suspect with more work we can easily get you at least sub 9 minutes on a true 400M course (probably closer to 8) – which is where you'll need to be to be competitive next year. Keep up the hard work!

    there is plenty of room I could have shaved off some seconds – so I feel good about cutting off about 60-90 sec no problem this year on helen.
