    Back Squat today: 100# Yeah! New PR My first 100#'s of anything!

    Also did mini version of Sharon as medcon:

    500M Row
    10# Dumbell thrusters 10 times
    Ab-mat Sit ups 20

    Sharon did great with the new PR, congrats! Kathy and Hans also worked on their back squat – new PR for Hans as well.

    I worked on back squat and also tried "Randy" for the first time – which is Power Snatch #75 x 75 reps. Time was 6:12. Definitely gets you breathing hard!
