    Chris and Ryan did a great job on hang cleans today followed by a 1/2 Karen for the metcon.

    Since I don't like doing wallballs, Karen was the perfect workout for me to do today as well. Did it in 7:07. Then worked on some light snatch practice. The cool weather was a nice change!
