    This morning we all had a chance to repent for our Thanksgiving Day sins. We did 2 short, intense work-outs:

    1)Baseline PFT
    Row 500M (or run 400M)
    Squats x 40
    Situps x 30
    Push-ups x 20
    Pullups x 10

    2)Tabata combo
    Deadlift and plank holds

    Ryan and Glenda had PR's on the PFT – nice work to all!
