Back Squat 80% of 1RM x3 x3
C & J up to 185lbs. Failed @ 195lbs.
No Back Squat for me. Just snow shoveling and new appliance installation.

CJ – 225, 245(f) on the jerk…truth be told, did not attempt the jerk
BS – 205, 255, 205 x3
Up to 150 on clean and jerk. 205 for the back squat reps.
