    It was ladder day today. Doug and Chris knocked out three 10 minute ladder couplets – pullups/squats, push-up/lunges, and KS/situps. Great job!

    I did a 10 minute HSPU and a #95 thruster ladder (yes, my shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow).

    Hope everyone has been sticking with the Paleo Carb-lockdown. I have managed to adhere pretty well this month and have definitely reaped benefits. Despite an extremely busy work week last week (very long days and less than usual sleep) it occurred to me that my energy levels remained remarkably good and allowed me to do everything I needed to do. Thanks Paleo!

    I think the pull-ups were more that 1/2 of the time. first time I’ve done 150 pull-ups in a workout.
