    It’s been too long since we’ve seen our old friend “Fran”

    1)Metcon: Thrusters #95/Pullups 21-15-9. Managed a 4:03 today (last 4:35 1/9/10) – Paleo diet definitely helping once again.
    2)Strength: Strict form bar push-ups, max reps x 3 (30,25,25)

    KF scorched the burpeex10/box jumpx10 – 5 rounds wod – an amazing 5:22. If this was the Crossfit Sectional WOD I’m sure he would have earned a spot in the finals!
